It is the goal of Irish Design & Build, Inc. to provide the quality of service not found in the current construction market. This sense of service extends to our field operations, where our full-time supervisors direct the flow of construction. As a small business ourselves, we are proud of our ability to satisfy our customers’ needs as we deliver a project on time and on budget.

Our key employees bring over 100 years of combined experience in various construction disciplines. This experience allows us to give our clients a consolidated source of information to solve any problems that may arise in today’s marketplace. It is for these reasons that we are extremely proud of our record of satisfied customers.

Over 40 years of service.

Since our inception in 1981, we have maintained an essential standard of operation and an uncompromising commitment to our client needs. The results have been that our clients have provided Irish with the opportunity to continue to grow with them in new markets. Irish has grown its reputation with customers and subcontractors during building remodels and additions, as well as commercial and industrial projects, throughout Western Michigan. This led us to also branch out into multi-residential resort development along the Michigan waterfront.

Active in our community.

As West Michigan natives, we have a philosophy to support the community we grew up in with the same coaching and financial support that has benefitted us. Sponsoring little league baseball, youth hockey teams, high school booster clubs, cheerleading, band and theatre productions. We are also members of the National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB), National Association of Home Builders, Michigan Chamber of Commerce and avid supporters of Special Olympics, Make-A-Wish Foundation and St. Jude’s Hospital.
